The strategic research

The view of how promoting an organization by an interactive presentation on Internet, DVD or CD-ROM can totally vary among the employees. Also a lot of companies struggle with the development of a clear vision of the use of Internet technology for their business processes. The strategic research of Proteon consists of 3 parts: exploration, strategic session and report.

The exploration

During the exploration phase a small project team will examine (possible) differences of opinion and interactive challenges within the organization.

The strategic session

In this session employees of various departments will go through a couple of strategic aspects by individual and team exercises. With a well-considered and playful way of working we explore differences of opinion and together we will find creative, efficient and realistic solutions. Commitment, solidarity, mutual understanding and enthusiasm increase during this session with Proteon as catalysator. Proteon also plays an active role by contribute their many years of experience in relevant projects.

The report

The report contains the results of the strategic session. This will be a short and clear document with to-the-point conclusions. The vision described in this report is leading for the final production(s).
