1. Intake

During the intake we discuss your starting point, objectives, target group(s) and if necessary your budget. If all required variables are not available, a strategic research is desirable. This research determines which view a company or organization has or should have with respect to the use of internet technology. Also a strategic research can be useful to find out about objectives, target groups, content and functionality of a specific internet project.

2. Offer

Due to ProjecTronic we usually are able to make a fixed-price offer. We divide your project in individual components and per component we determine the desired complexity. Based on the results it is directly clear which budget and which time needed for the project are realistic.

3. Inventory

The project often consists of an initial inventory with or without a strategic research or a workshop with the target group(s) of the project. In this phase we list except the objectives and target groups, also things like company logo, the existing technical infrastructure, the availability of photos / videos etc, the capacity of the own company for content development, etc. The ProjecTronic includes checklists for this inventory.

4. Design

A thorough interaction and graphical design is essential for success and acceptation of a website. This design comes about in one or more iterations depending on the wishes of the customer. Proteon Vital Internet Projects believes in User Centered Design, which means we involve the final user in the design process.

5. Development

Our developers build the site corresponding the design and within budget. With ProjecTronic you are continuously aware of the progress of the project offering you the opportunity to adjust if necessary. And if there are changes with respect to the original order, the consequences can directly be indicated by ProjecTronic. In addition ProjecTronic provides information about the project status, e.g. a list of detected and already repaired mistakes.

6. Review and acceptation

Of course you will judge our work but with regard to Proteon we would like to do this together with you target groups. Proteon has a wide experience with performing usability tests. Together we discuss this final phase of the project.

7. Going live

After finishing the development, our hosting department takes over the lead by making available the website (going live). If necessary we arrange the finding of your site and the communication concerning the website introduction.

8. Management

Now you can manage and use your site. Employees of your organization can be trained by Proteon how to use the Content Management System. The services offered by Proteon Vital Internet Projects that will be agreed upon will be described in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

9. To measure and to know
