Our managed hosting platform is designed with stability and speed in mind. We prevent incidents from happening and the one time that something goes wrong, we can fix it very fast.
Our hosting infrastructure
Our hosting and network infrastructure is fully redundant. This way we can provide different levels of manages hosting to our customers: single ended network server, redundant network server or full redundant network server.
On demand we can host your application and services from within multiple data centers. This way preventing incidents occurring in one of the data centers from affecting your services .

Our network, all applications and services are monitored 24/7. Our monitoring system doesn't only notify us when incidents occur, but also proactively warns us if something will go wrong in the future. This way we can prevent incidents from occurring and making your services run without any hassle.
By default we install both Production and Acceptance environments for every application. This way we can guarantee that your Production server won't break after a new software release, because the release has been tested and accepted in the identical Acceptance environment before.
On demand we can also provide Test and Development environments where developers can do their coding and integration tests can be performed.
Because we do all the above we are not hesitant to sign Service Level Agreements with our customers. We divided our service into three levels:
- SLA0: Hardware
- Maintenance and replacement of hardware parts
Hardware health monitoring with response (a Support Engineer will act on hardware failure)
- SLA1: Operating System (OS)
- Automatically install security updates for the operation system
OS level health monitoring with response (a Support Engineer will act on decrease in health)
OS level performance monitoring with response (a Support Engineer will act on performance issues)
Backup service (two weeks retention time, with full backups going back 6 weeks)
- SLA2: Application and standard software
- Automatically install security patches for all underlying software the application needs to run
Health monitoring software with response (a Support Engineer will act on decrease in health)
Software performance monitoring with response (a Support Engineer will act on performance issues)
URL monitoring with response (a Support Engineer will act on HTTP/HTTPS failures)
For our Managed hosting and Enterprise hosting services one can choose to go for fixed price. In short this means no financial suprises at the end of the month. All work done at your system, including backup, traffic and support services like deployments of new software are included, leaving you with nothing to worry about.Become interested?
